What is Anxiety Disrupt? Anxiety is a common mental disorder in which an individual over-speculates over things and worries excessively about certain impending negative outcomes in due course of time.
So, for an example, a person may worry about a family member who’s gone out for work
So, for an example, a person may worry about a family member who’s gone out for work that something wrong or something bad may happen to that individual; somebody may fall sick or who is in a different country or in a different city. A student may anticipate that even before writing the exam that I may fail or I may get less marks. We have so many examples around exam time that some students, because of the pressure or because of the feeling of anxiety, harm themselves even before their exam results come out.
That’s a hyper state of anxiety behavior and reactivity.

People, for example, in a social gathering may feel so overwhelmed by other people’s behavior that I am being targeted or I am being over-focused that they may stop enjoying the social event or they may stop even attending a social event due to feeling of anxiety.
How is it different from normal anxiety?
How it is different from simple anxiety? How is it different from normal Anxiety? A certain level of anxiety is needed by all of us to fulfill or deliver on different levels of competence or normal behavior. like/example, suppose I have a exam tomorrow and I am just enjoying, not worrying, not think/thought, not preparing for it, then it will be result into a unsatisfactory performance or a bad result/conclusion.
Same way, even after millions of years of changing and adapting to human life
Simillary, even after millions of years of changing and adapting to human life certain anxiety is required for our day-to-day improvement and survival. Suppose I’m talking right now and there is a big, uncommon third voice around me; it is important for me to look around and try to be anxious to check what the sound is about. If there is a shakiness in the environment, if I see the fan moving, if I see the lights flickering, and I am just sitting normally, I may not be ready for the accident which is happening through the short circuit of the electricity wire, which can be disastrous for me.
So, that level of anxiety is important in our day-to-day living and better improvement
So, that level of anxiety is important in our day-to-day living and better improvement, but continuously worrying, overthinking that even in a normal day-to-day scenario something is going to be wrong and I can’t deal with the scenario, or excessively overthinking that all the things around me are negative, will result into compromised life quality. Most of the time, in the pathological or clinical anxiety scenario, there is a futuristic outlook towards it, and people are most of the times living in the future, worrying about the future.
That is the main difference which results into the anxiety difference when it becomes pathological.

Sometimes it even leads to obsessively controlled behavior or compulsions because people are trying to overcome the anxiety by controlling the environment. What we normally know as impulsive-compulsive disrupt, in that script a lot of people are attempting to wash their hands or strain the environment or check and recheck locks and keys and gas chunks because the fear of unknown becomes the most essential priority in life of that given persons.
What are signs,and causes,and solution for anxiety?
What are the reasons of anxiety, and what is the solution for anxiety ? So, in anxiety, most of the causes or factors are related to basically excessive control. Sometimes there can be, again, neurochemical changes also in the brain, which leads the person about a lot of overthinking, a lot of over-speculation.
It’s a common condition which can happen in students, adults, older people
Many times, in my clinical setup, I have had the scenarios that the children are externally and internally over-regulated by adults or family members. It’s a common condition which can happen in students, adults, older people, or people with any kind of successful life system also. For example, a lot of celebrities in the cinema world, in theater, even if they have achieved big success and stardom, they still feel anxious around the release of their new series or movies because their performance is being watched or rated by a lot of people.

According to Merriam-Webster, anxiety is classified as apprehensive uneasiness or nervousness,usually over and in bending or anticipated ill. While the word describes a general feeling of uneasiness, the experience of anxiety may be different for everyone. After all, it can manifest itself in many different forms and in varying degrees of intensity.
Five stages of anxiety.
So, to learn more about this, here are five stages of anxiety.Minimal Anxiety.Number one, minimal anxiety.
Minimal Anxiety.
And let’s start with minimal anxiety. At this stage, you’re able to function with very limited interruptions. Your ability to focus on daily tasks is likely not hindered. Then you’ll probably feel
productive for most, if not the entirety of your day. Having zero anxiety at all would definitely be optimal, of course,but with minimal levels of anxiety, you can thankfully function overall,especially since there are very few physical symptoms at this stage.Sometimes you may even not notice this anxious period, since it’ll likely affect a very small part of your day. Number two, Mild Anxiety.
Mild Anxiety.
Do you find yourself feeling anxious in social situations. Are you such type of person who silently stands in the corner in a party. At the temperate or common level of anxiety, you may experience some form of muscle tension or stomach problem, but these Sensations are mostly common and small.
Temperate anxiety might be experienceable from your childhood to adulthood and is considered to be at the more manageable side of the scale. This means you are likely still capable to do more things done on your daily to-do list without anymore problem. So do not sense bad if you find it is hard to open up or engage with others people . If any thing, you can be proud of yourself that, you get out there in the first place.
Moderate Anxiety.
Number three, moderate.Moderate Anxiety.Anxiety.Is your sleep schedule very inconsistent.Are you struggling with a particular loss of appetite. If your anxiety is at this third level, it may affect your sleep schedule to a relatively noticeable but still functional degree.
This can cause you to become less hungry throughout the day, or cause you to experience more frequent aggressive headaches. Due to these factors, you may also experience a more regulated panicky state of being, making you feel on edge a lot of the time.
Severe Anxiety.
Severe Anxiety.Number four, severe anxiety.Do you often experience a constant tightness in your chest. Does your stomach have a really tough time digesting food. Where the moderate level isn’t necessarily a daily and disruptive Force, severe anxiety is a consistent
feeling throughout. The physical symptoms are much more aggressive at this birth level.
For once, you might also feel that you are going out of breath and having a trouble in eating your meal , even if it is a generally your very favorite meal . And due to this reason, you might also end up ignoring friends and also family , choosing to remain alone or on your own most of the time of the day. The severity of this level of anxiety has also proven to be connected to major depression as well. So while you can still technically function, you may barely have any energy or motivation to do so.
De debilitating Anxiety.
Number five . De debilitating Anxiety . Debilitating anxiety. You deal with near-constant panic attacks. Why are you so incapacitated by your stress that it has become a real struggle to even leave your home. Debilitating anxiety is the worst and most aggressive form of anxiety. Symptoms of this may include sweating, muscle twitching, Tremors, fatigue, and insomnia, just to name a few. You may be sometime experience an extreme sense of worry at very simplest of everyday tasks and, due to of it, ignoring ever leaving your safest space. But when you may some times sense like you are all lonely and how you sense, recall that you are not. There are many people out there, those who do care really about you and your well-being.
