How 21 days? Because within 21 days itself, you’ll be able to see the difference. You’ll see that your number will start dropping by itself. You can test it yourself and find out. Within a few days, you’ll notice that you can now see things that you never could without spectacles.
So either if you are long sighted or short sighted,
Eyeglasses or lenses, you will get get rid of them once and for all. So once you are long sighted or short sighted, once you are young or old, these steps work for everyone.

First, look up and down with your eyes 10 times.
Just remind to remove your glasses or lenses before doing them. First, find and down with your eyes 10 times. Find as much as attainable and then down as much as attainable. Then look left and right 10 times like this.
After that, move them corner wise.
After that, move them corner wise from top right to bottom left. And then do the same thing in the opposite direction. Corner wise revolve, top-left to bottom-right. Then revolve your eyes going round 10 times, and then 10 times going around..
Now we’ll move onto the most important exercise
Now we’ll move onto the most important exercise – and that is eye push-ups. Bring your thumb right ahead of your nose between your eyes, and look at the top part of your nail, then slowly stretch your hand forward without losing focus, and take your thumb away from you. During this time, maintain your focus on the tip of your thumb.
We call this exercise eye push-ups
Once your thumb is fully extended forward, shift your focus to whatever is behind your thumb, then gaze at the tip of your thumb again and bring it close to your nose. We call this exercise eye push-ups, and we have to do this 10 times. In the end, we do palming.

It is best if you can do them right after your morning exercise. Look, your eyes have muscles too. Without exercise, any muscle will start adjust, counting your eye muscles. But by doing these exercises, you are healing your eye muscles.
Sun beaming means a beam from the sun
Soon they will be so strong that they will get back all their lost energy. Come let’s move into the 2nd step – and that is sun beaming. Sun beaming means beams from the sun for 5 mins. Remove the glasses and look at the Sun.
When should you do sungazing?
If you have to blink in between gazing, you can do that too. How long should you do sun gazing?
Never do sun gazing in the bright afternoon sun.
Slowly, slowly, you increase it in 5 mins. When should you do sun gazing? Only within the first hour after sunrise or the first hour before sunset. Never do sunazing in the shiny afternoon sun.
Do you know the sun is the most powerful eye doctor given by Mother Nature?
During sun gazing, the rays of the sun are being immersed by your eyes, and healing your eyes. In the end, rub your palms together and place them over your eyes for 30 seconds. We call this palm rubbing and it is very important.

This is the time your eyes are actually absorbing the light of the sun. Remember you don’t have to touch your eyes or press them with your palms. Do you know the sun is the most strong eye doctor given by Mother Nature?
It is very easy.
Our shastras have a whole Upanishad dedicated to the eyes. Its name is Chakshu Upanishad. It refers to the Sun God as our eye doctor. let’s move to the next step – and that is cucumber eye packs.
When you place cucumber on your eyes,
It is very easy. Just rub a cucumber and place it on your closed eye like this. Allow them to rest for at least 15 mins. When you place the cucumber on your eyes, it maintains 2 temperatures in your head region.
After 15 mins, you can remove the cucumber.
Your eyes become cool and the area around it is warm. Whenever there are 2 temperatures in one area, the circulation over there increases. And where circulation increases, healing starts happening by itself. After 15 mins, you remove the cucumber.
Now when and how many times should you use the eye pack?
It heals your eyes and relaxes them at the same time as well. Today, when most of our work and the study of children has shifted online, and our eyes never seem to get any rest, for this, our cucumber eye packs are perfect for giving our eyes some rest.
So come let’s move onto our 4th step.
Now when and how many times should you use the eye pack? Everyday, at least once. You can do it once before exercising or once just after finishing your work, for 15 mins. One more thing – although the cucumber is the most convenient for this, you can use other vegetables to make this pack as well.
And that is – no screen time after 9 pm.
Like ash gourd, bottle gourd or potato. They all help cool down your eyes. So come let’s move onto our 4th step. And that is – no screen time after 9 pm.

We start check our messages when we open our eyes, then use the laptop all day long and then watch our favourite TV show or movie at night.our eyes are always chasing one screen after another.

Today, many studies are proving that the light emitted from our screens can burn the retina in our eyes. That’s why you should plan a schedule so that you don’t need to view any screen after 9 pm – no laptop, no TV, no mobile screen.
Tratak Kriya is a yogic practice
By doing this, you’ll not just give rest to your eyes, your sleep will improve too. If you keep gazing at screens late night, then your eyes just would not be able to heal. If you are working for long hours on your laptop during the day, then take a break after every half hour and blink your eyes for 20 seconds.
You will notice that your eyes will start watering,
Come let’s move onto our 5th step, which our ancestors have used for thousands of years – Tratak Kriya. Tratak Kriya is a yoga practice that sharper both our eyesight and our mind. For doing this, you need to shut off the light and light a diya or candle.
You must practice this kriya for 7 mins before sleeping every night.
Keep it on a height so that when you sit, it is at eye level for you, not above or below, just at eye level. Keep your back straight and sit in comfortable posture, and continuously see the tip of fire. Remove your glasses or contact lenses before this exercise.
